I just wanted to express my upmost gratitude for the professional, helpful and friendly service you provided throughout, in an industry that from my experience can be quite daunting and... well... non-friendly! From a customers perspective all calls, emails and enquiries were promptly replied with such a welcoming attitude.
The reassurance and support I felt I had from Richard and Peter was a breath of fresh air. Amelia Nixon-Moss was nothing shy of exceptional throughout, and in court her hard work and knowledge of my case was obvious, resulting in a barrister I was proud to have representing me.
I cannot thank you enough, and would recommend your services to anyone.
It just dawned on me the other day that I never really "thanked" Mr C Foster too for his help in representing me in court; the times he did especially through those difficult two days of the Fact Finding Hearing.
Can you please help me convey my gratitude and appreciation for all the support he gave me and his tenacity to fight my corner in court. I will never forget that!
I at least got a chance to say "thank you" to Christine Hayes in last hearing. That's all good.
Thanks to Laura too and the lovely Fiona as well for looking after me via phone and email.
My Mum wanted me to relay my thanks to yourself and John Waters who you instructed to represent her at court yesterday.
John was brilliant, he was very professional, informative and made her feel like she was in safe hands from the minute he arrived.
"From my first phone call to Cardinal Chambers to the end of my case, you have all collectively exceeded my expectations. I will certainly recommend your company to any friends that might need legal representation. Mika Pine has been very honest, supportive and sensitive to my case. She had treated me with respect and as a human being, not a statistic."
Mrs Moss was really excellent at court representing me on the 18th of April 2018. She was at court an hour before the hearing and this gave me the security and reassurance that there was enough time to go through my case. She was very well prepared. She was very encouraging and helpful in every other way and I felt like a family member was representing me. She is a real credit to her profession. I couldn't recommend her enough."
"Thank you so much for your support Katie and your exceptional professional cross examination."
Hazel Stevens is highly regarded and highly recommended by the RSPCA. The RSPCA has instructed Hazel for many years to represent The Society. We value that long standing relationship we have with her.
Due to Hazel's versatile approach she is able to represent The Society on cases including both animal welfare offences and serious criminal matters such as fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.
Hazel consistently demonstrates a high level of competence and efficiency with a marked attention to detail. Hazel's ability to diligently assess and evaluate complex expert evidence enables her to challenge the views and opinions expressed by them. When RSPCA cases are strongly tested her comprehensive knowledge and intrinsic understanding of the case means she is able to proficiently deal with these challenges and rebut the defence.
Hazel is an outstanding barrister and advocate with an extremely personable approach which benefits both those instructing her and everyone else who works with her.
